At Verceri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and secure it with the provided prepaid return label.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
